Cucumber Watercress Sandwiches

Time: 20 minutes

 

Yield: 2 dozen finger sandwiches

 

 

 

Ingredients

 

2 English cucumbers ribboned

 

1 bunch washed watercress leaves only

 

1 cup cream cheese softened

 

5 sprigs chives finely chopped

 

salt and pepper to taste

 

12 pieces of whole wheat bread crust removes

 

 

 

Method

 

 

 

Spread cream cheese over slice. Lay watercress leaves on cheese. Lay cucumber slices, overlapping. Slice diagonally and sprinkle with chives and salt and pepper to taste.
